We are a leading franchise of Domino's Pizza LLC, with 59 locations in California and Arizona. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase orders for our locations
- Develop and implement schedules to ensure optimal store performance
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees
- Conduct daily food quality checks to maintain the highest standards
- Take and fulfill in-person and phone orders with exceptional customer service
- Prepare and cook pizzas to meet our quality and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner
- Manage shifts and teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Conduct inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Obtain and maintain Servsafe certification to ensure food safety knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
