Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and objectives
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with a valid license to practice
- Excellent clinical decision-making skills, with a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
- A minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
