BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem Home Health Care Professional. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
Job Responsibilities- Client Care: Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Medication Management: Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documentation: Accurately document client observations, interventions, and evaluations, utilizing electronic medical records to ensure timely and secure data management.
- Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience, with prior home care experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technology: Proficient in electronic medical records and other relevant software applications.
