Digital Printing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team at Quad Instore in West Allis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating multiple digital presses, including Flatbed and Roll Presses HP Turbojet, EFI/Vutek presses, and Inca Onset devices.

• Operate and troubleshoot digital presses with precision and accuracy.
• Accurately interpret and document diagnostic feedback from equipment to resolve production, maintenance, and repair issues.
• Perform color matching of supplied materials to ensure high-quality prints.
• Read and understand job tickets, completing necessary paperwork as required.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and customers to achieve shared goals.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must possess strong color differentiation skills and pass a color test.
• Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly those used in prepress environments, is essential.
• Digital color control and manipulation experience, as well as operation of HP, Vutek, or Inca Onset presses, are highly valued.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and paid relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
