Job Description

Gould's Salons is dedicated to providing exceptional education and training in the beauty industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetology/Barber/Esthetics/Manicure Instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to ensure students achieve their full potential
  • Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them master their skills
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our students receive the most relevant and effective training
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the industry

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Active Tennessee Instructors/Cosmetology/Barber license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment and responsibilities
  • Previous experience in education or training is a plus
