Metallurgy Expert

We are seeking an experienced Metallurgy Expert to join our team at P&C Recruiting and HR.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Sr. Metallurgical Engineer to provide expertise in mineral processing, pyro-metallurgical, or hydrometallurgical plant operations.

• Conduct and direct research programs to improve current processing techniques and develop new ones.
• Oversee sampling programs, analyze data, and identify opportunities to enhance plant operations.
• Communicate processes and procedures to departmental employees and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge and skills of entry-level engineers and technical staff in metallurgical research and principles.
• Evaluate projects by working with vendors, consultants, and educators to test and evaluate new equipment and processes.
• Provide technical expertise to other departments and divisions.
• Maintain a safe and environmentally compliant work environment.
