Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated Clinical Pharmacy Specialists to join our team. The roles available include:

  • Salary Range: $58.00-$60.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus of $2,500.
  • Clinical Pharmacist for Med Surg Floors: Full-time position, 40 hours per week (decentralized shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, centralized shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with occasional overnight coverage, holidays, and every third weekend).
  • Clinical Pharmacist: Full-time position, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, every third weekend, holidays, with occasional overnight coverage).
  • Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist: Full-time position, 40 hours per week (rotating days, weekends, and holidays).

Job Responsibilities:

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will oversee the activities of pharmacy support staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in the preparation and dispensing of medications. Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing medication therapy for diverse patient populations by developing effective and economical drug regimens to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Providing direct patient care, particularly in pain management, through thorough evaluations and recommendations as requested by physicians.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Preferred experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current Pharmacist's License issued by the state.
  • Pediatric experience is a plus.
