Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at YesCare Health. As a pioneer provider of correctional healthcare, we take pride in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to analyze clinical knowledge gaps and develop training plans.
- Collect vital signs, specimens, and fluid intake/output data, and report results to registered nurses.
- Assist inmates with activities of daily living, hygiene, and meal service.
- Provide skin care, observe for signs of skin breakdown, and transfer inmates as needed.
- Maintain medical supply and medication inventories, and perform daily equipment checks.
- Process medical summaries and reports, and assist with quality improvement activities.
