As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in shaping our product direction, focusing on backend development. You will have the opportunity to influence both what gets built and how it's built, working with a dynamic team to iterate on product features.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable backend systems that process data and power key user features.
  • Design data models, implement APIs, and leverage cloud infrastructure.
  • Debug and resolve issues across all layers: frontend, backend, API, and database.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience building backend applications.
  • Experience in designing scalable systems and working with large datasets.
  • Expertise in NodeJS, Postgres, and AWS.
  • Startup experience, with an ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to code quality.
  • Pragmatic mindset with an understanding of when to take on technical debt and prioritize architecture.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of up to $180,000 per year, 1% equity, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Additionally, we offer TN, H1B, O1 visa sponsorship and are open to relocation candidates.
