About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bolt Up Fitter to join our team at Optimized Process Designs LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of piping systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections in accordance with ISO drawings and work plans.
  • Assist with the installation and removal of blinds as needed for pressure testing purposes.
  • Utilize skilled knowledge of pipe fittings, bolts, valves, and other equipment to assemble and secure pipes, tubes, and related equipment according to specifications.
  • Operate impact wrenches, combination wrenches, and line up pins to install valves and piping spools.
Requirements
  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a helper, bolt-up fitter, or boilermaker.
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including cold and hot temperatures.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry objects up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a gas plant construction environment or manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of experience as a bolt-up fitter.
