We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC/R equipment, as well as assisting with plumbing and electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain preventative maintenance records on all HVAC/R equipment, laundry and kitchen equipment
- Repair and replacement of all HVAC/R equipment
- Change all filters on equipment
- Repair and maintain all kitchen and laundry equipment
- Fill out parts requests and keep stock of replacement parts
- Help control budget expenses
- Keep area in shop clean and organized
- Work with engineers on completion of projects
- Complete work orders as assigned
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of the other employees and guests
- Perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds and lead other engineers in maintenance duties
- Proficient use of computer systems
- Perform high level skills with laundry and kitchen equipment
- Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the resorts systems and facilities
- Check and monitor work performed by engineering staff
- Help control budget and costs
- Direct involvement with resolution of guest issues and complaints and follow up with the guest and follow-up after the guest checks out
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of guest service at all times in all guest services areas
- Works closely with all departments to ensure guest service levels are being met
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and employees
High school education or equivalent work experience. Formal training in HVAC and certification. At least 3 years experience in hotel/motel, high rise building or commercial HVAC/R. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Strong guest and team member relations skills. Safety sensitive position.
