We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility.*Various Shifts Available*

Core Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for the independent oversight of care delivery to a designated group of residents within a nursing unit, with support from the Director of Nursing Services. Your duties will include assessing resident needs, providing nursing care, evaluating the effectiveness of care, administering medications, and executing treatments.

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of state regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local health standards.
  • Commitment to ongoing education in clinical areas, management, and personal development.
  • Effective communication skills with staff, residents, visitors, and external agencies.
  • Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
  • Successful completion of post-offer drug screening, background checks, and physical examinations.
  • Capability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supervising Nursing Assistants.
