Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting at UF Health Shands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Participate in education and research activities to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
  • PharmD or equivalent education and hospital training/experience required
  • PGY1 residency preferred, PGY2 residency highly preferred
  • Two years pharmacy experience in an organized healthcare setting preferred
