Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate competency in caring for the specific patient population of the unit; practice independently with strong clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or eligibility to practice under Compact state agreements.
- A minimum of 12 months of nursing experience with solid clinical skills.
- Current AHA BLS certification is required.
- Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements (PALS, ACLS, NRP).
