The Restroom Cleaning Specialist is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of female restrooms, as well as various other workspaces including offices, break rooms, and common areas. The role encompasses a variety of tasks such as:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, corridors, lounges, and other designated areas.
  • Utilizing brooms and mops for floor maintenance.
  • Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Washing walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
  • Emptying waste receptacles and transporting trash to disposal areas.
  • Restocking restroom supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring high-quality work standards are met.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding conduct and behavior.
  • Following safety protocols in the use of cleaning equipment.
  • Completing all required training as mandated by Didlake.

Qualifications

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of prior custodial experience.
Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to engage with individuals with disabilities.
  • Capability to work in environments with potential hazards such as narrow or slippery surfaces.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
