Sales Strategist

At Maker, we're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to spearhead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting a sales strategy and building a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across mid-market and SMB sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and scales our sales organization.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and manage a team of BDRs to generate and qualify leads through the outbound process.
- Drive Sales Performance: Work closely with your dedicated BDR to schedule and prepare for new business meetings, and engage with target customers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level.
- Manage Sales Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene and providing insights to inform sales decisions.
- Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance: Use data to create accurate sales forecasts, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
- 5+ Years of SaaS Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the Martech and Ecommerce industries.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and scale our sales organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using salesforce.com or other CRM tools, as well as experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to inform sales decisions, create accurate sales forecasts, and optimize sales strategies.
