Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
- Teach and counsel residents on wellness and health topics
- Participate in assessments and support residents and families
- Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Massachusetts
- Two years of full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
