Client Relationship Developer

The Soccer Factory is a leading provider of uniforms and apparel solutions. We are seeking a Client Relationship Developer to join our team and develop long-term relationships with our clients/clubs.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and preferences, coordinating with internal teams to develop customized uniform solutions that meet client specifications and budgetary constraints.
You will also oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring that client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Addressing any issues or delays promptly will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional uniform products and services to existing clients.
- Customization and Solution Development: Work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and preferences.
- Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring that client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the uniform or apparel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of uniform products, fabrics, and customization options is desirable.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
