Position DescriptionWe are partnering with an exceptional school district to fill a contract Physical Therapist position for the school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school-based physical therapy and a passion for working with students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to students with special needs in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and progress monitoring
- 1 year of verifiable experience as a School Physical Therapist within the last 3 years
- Valid School Physical Therapist credential/license or in process in the state of practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Starting hourly pay: $35
