Job Summary:

As an Ultrasound Imaging Specialist at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by performing imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards. Your expertise will aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards.
  • Maintain equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • Registered by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire date.
  • Recent experience as a Ultrasound Technologist preferred.
