About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ford Certified Master Technician to join our team at Bill McCandless Ford. This is a full-time position working a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday or Wednesday-Saturday, 7AM-5PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and discuss vehicle issues with customers and service advisors, providing clear communication and estimates for repairs.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, ensuring quality inspections and test drives prior to returning vehicles to customers.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide estimates for new repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements
  • Valid Pennsylvania Safety Inspection License and Emissions Inspection License.
  • Team player with own tools and a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma required.
