To provide a secure and safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors of Covenant Health (Tennessee) facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the hospital premises.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital grounds and facilities.
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in security or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation:
The starting rate for this position is $16.08 per hour.
