Job Title: Title Clerk - Motor Vehicle Registration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and processing legal documents and other state-required documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners
• Make lien payoffs
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership
• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles
• Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System
• Prepare tax and title documents
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete

Requirements:

• Process all DMV paperwork required for RV Inventory
• Knowledge of Verifi, Dealer Track and State DMV Partnering is preferred
• Must have CVR knowledge
• Good organizational skill
• Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Attention to detail
• Prior DMV/Automotive experience preferred
