Turner Industries Group is seeking a General Laborer for a position in the Muscle Shoals, AL area.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
  • Basic Plus or OSHA 10 certification is required.
  • Per diem and relocation are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel, lifting and carrying building materials, tools, and supplies, and cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas.


Additionally, the General Laborer may be required to mix, spread, or pour concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other materials, join, wrap, and seal sections of pipe, and perform other non-machine tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Written pre-employment qualification test.
  • Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
  • Pass background check.

Physical Demands:


The General Laborer may be required to climb ladders, scaffolds, and structures above and below ground level, maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds, and structures, reach in all directions, handle and manipulate objects and materials, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
