Lead Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join our team at Tigg\u0027s Canteen Services in Allegan County Jail. As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks in the preparation and serving of meals to inmates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with experience in a correctional facility environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to a high standard, and that the kitchen is run efficiently and safely.
