Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining TV and Smart Home solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide top-notch customer service by ensuring timely and efficient installation of TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products to deliver seamless installations and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Build rapport quickly with customers, effectively communicate technical information, and address their concerns.

Requirements

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand on high ladders (up to 40 feet) for extended periods, lift heavy objects (over 70 lbs), and work in varying climates/weather conditions.
• Travel and Safety: Possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards and be prepared for occasional travel.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training preferred.
