Job Summary

The Triage Specialist plays a crucial role in preparing customer electronic products for repair. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers to provide solutions to their needs and drive a positive experience.
  • Product Verification: Complete serial and model verification, as well as basic functionality testing, to assist Repair Agents in diagnosing issues.
  • Parts Replacement: Perform basic parts replacements to ensure products are in working condition.
  • Unit Preparation: Complete final cleaning and unit preparation to ensure products are ready for shipment.

Requirements

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
