About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Roving Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers across various branch locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized service.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect customers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
