Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation, 6pm-6am
Starting Hourly Wage: $32.62/hr

This prominent role is situated within our manufacturing operations.

General Overview:

Manage and operate machinery and production equipment in a manufacturing setting. Ensure production machinery is maintained to achieve targeted operational efficiency rates, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues for optimal performance. Equipment includes un-scrambler, filler, case former, case sealer, Hartness case packer, and palletizer/stretch wrapper.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the facility
  • Foster a culture of safety and awareness
  • Utilize machinery effectively to meet quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with all quality benchmarks
  • Guide team members in equipment operation and setup
  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Professional interaction with all organizational levels
  • Ability to provide effective coaching and training to team members

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient mechanical and computer skills
