We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Hershey Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during various events and services.

• Set up and tear down events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and guest-friendly manner, exceeding our high standards of service.
• Carry trays from service areas to banquet rooms, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
• Inspect tables and chairs to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
• Clean up and tear down after events, clearing tables and maintaining a tidy work area.
• Maintain and stock supplies, including sugar bowls, salt and pepper shakers, and condiments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• This position participates in the post-offer employment testing program.
• Must be able to pass the RAMP alcohol service certification.

This is a union position, and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours. Specific hours vary from 4am to 2am, dependent on business demand. Must be able to work flexible and varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
