Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team in Glenwood Springs, CO. This is a full-time nursing position that will serve our patients in both our Hospice and Home Health programs.
About the RoleThis role involves providing physical and emotional support to Hospice and Home Health patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a variety of settings, including patients' homes and healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse (RN).
- Hospice experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have wound care and PICC line experience.
- Ability to drive through mountainous terrain, with reimbursement at the IRS rate.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
