About the Role

The Maintenance Technician 2 will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment to prevent downtime and ensure productivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues and maintain a smooth production process.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food industry setting preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
