We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of information systems security programs for the Department of Defense (DoD).
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive information systems security programs to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
- Technical Solutions: Design and implement technical solutions to address complex cybersecurity challenges, utilizing creativity and ingenuity to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all information systems security programs comply with government policies, regulations, and industry standards, including NISPOM Chapter 8, DIACAP/NIST RMF, and ICD 503.
- Incident Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring that system security measures are in place to prevent future breaches.
- Security Assessments: Conduct regular security assessments and technical inspections to identify and mitigate security weaknesses, ensuring the overall security posture of the organization.
- Certifications: DoD Directive 8140/8570 IAM Level II or higher certification.
- Clearance: Active SECRET security clearance (Must be able to obtain TOP SECRET clearance).
- Experience: Proven experience in implementing information systems security programs, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and communication skills.
