Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Staffing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with office managers, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates and managers.

You will actively recruit potential applicants by reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates via phone and in person, and assist clients with temporary and/or permanent staffing needs.

A key aspect of this role is counseling potential employees on workplace decorum, including dress code, attendance, and tardiness, personal phone calls, and texting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field, human resources, or staffing industry, with excellent organizational skills, computer knowledge, and ability to meet deadlines and deal with stressful situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with office managers, arrange interviews, follow up with candidates and managers.
  • Actively recruit potential applicants by reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates via phone and in person.
  • Assist clients with temporary and/or permanent staffing needs.
  • Counsel potential employees on workplace decorum.
  • Recruit, interview, verify background, and select qualified candidates for temporary, temp to perm, and permanent placements in medical offices.
  • Communicate as needed with clients on staffing needs and maintaining best fit.
  • Ensure that all relevant background checks, references, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements are scheduled and fulfilled.
  • Enter data for clients, job orders, and applicants on a regular basis, in applicant tracking system.
  • Organize and maintain files of job candidates.
  • Update jobs on job board weekly.
  • Provide coverage for other staffing coordinators who may be unavailable, including after-hours and weekend coverage as needed.
  • Review and process payroll and assist with other administrative duties as required.
  • Participate in marketing opportunities, including identifying potential clients, participating in career days, client visitation, and college advisory committees.
  • Assist with marketing, including cold calls to offices, contacting past and current clients via phone, emails, and online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical field, human resources, or staffing industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, computer knowledge, and ability to meet deadlines and deal with stressful situations.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience helpful.
  • Tennessee New Hire information into the state database and Everify experience also beneficial.
