HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join their team in Richmond, Texas.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Ability to work 36 hours per week
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
