Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Rehabilitation

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join their team in Richmond, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a rehabilitation setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
