Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at T.J. Maxx. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing loss, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and monitor daily activities within the Shipping Center to identify potential security risks and threats.
  • Take an active role in identifying all forms of loss, including theft, shrinkage, and other security breaches.
  • Review CCTV and Access system footage to investigate incidents and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct ongoing loss prevention, safety, and shrinkage awareness programs to educate colleagues and promote a culture of security.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or acts to management, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
