About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgical PCU team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neuro surgical care.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A diploma or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • A current RN license in the state of Kentucky.
