Key Responsibilities:
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures, cardiac cath labs, and OB cases.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of CRNAs to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
- Participate in staff development opportunities, training sessions, and recognition programs to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Masters of Science in Nursing degree
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS and ACLS certifications
