We are seeking a skilled Teletherapy Specialist to join our team at MySpectrum. As a Teletherapy Specialist, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients across Virginia and beyond.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on a 60/40 split of bi-weekly pay. You will also have access to competitive health insurance, retirement planning, and casual environment that promotes fun and creativity.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions in standard 45-60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
