Brown & Root is seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at the field level.

• Assist in risk identification, incident reporting, and investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company HSE programs, policies, and procedures, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies and procedures.

• 1-3 years of technical or practical experience in HSE.
• Strong knowledge of HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
