Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint and other coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture using various techniques and equipment.
  • Patch and repair walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
  • Use hand tools and equipment to prepare and maintain surfaces, including sanding, scraping, and cleaning.
  • Work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders, scaffolds, or high lifts.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of painting projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various paint products, finishes, and techniques.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three to five years of experience in painting and surface finishing.
  • Knowledge of paint products, finishes, and techniques.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
