We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian II to join our team at Bay District Schools. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of floors, walls, and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor polishers
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.00
  • A part-time schedule with 5.75 hours per day, 10 months per year
