A challenging and rewarding opportunity awaits a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while working with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

This part-time position requires a graduate of an accredited cardiovascular technology school with RDCS/RCS certification and a solid understanding of cardiac and vascular pathology. You will work closely with physicians to perform cardiac ultrasound scans, adhering to regulatory standards and demonstrating compassion and hospitality in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cardiac ultrasound scans as directed by physicians
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in cardiac and vascular pathology
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved cardiovascular technology school
  • RDCS/RCS registry certification
  • One year of experience preferred
