Job Title: Keyholder

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to join our team at The Normal Brand. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team and ensuring that our stores provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales floor team to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue
  • Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish stock as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Hard working, team player, and goal oriented
  • People person - approachable, friendly
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
