Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prepare and maintain a safe and clean operating room environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and other medical interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in surgical nursing, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
