Job Title: LPN Foster Care Nurse - Albany

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Rivers Family of Services. As a LPN Foster Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and services to a youth and adolescent population with emotional, behavioral, and physical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medical care, dental care, and mental health services for clients
  • Ensure medical treatment services meet regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with medical directors/providers regarding client health and behavior
  • Provide client and family education regarding medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with staff regarding concerns and behaviors

Requirements:

  • LPN licensed in New York State
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
