Senior Clinical Operations Manager for Advanced Illness Care

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Director Specialist for Advanced Illness Management to join our team. This role will report directly to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation and be responsible for overseeing the clinical and financial operations of the Advanced Illness Management Program.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in palliative care, hospice, or home health. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for the Advanced Illness Management Program.
- Travel to programs across the division to provide oversight and support.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring sound financial success while maintaining high standards of quality clinical care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program growth and improvement.
- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or operations management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience and knowledge in Healthcare Operations.
- Master's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care is an asset.
- Prior experience with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, Commercial insurance billing and reimbursement, and value-based care.
