Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our clinical services in specialized areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, leadership, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff, including Clinical Supervisors and the Follow-up Team.
  • Assess current clinical programming and practice in specialized areas, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical services that maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to drive clinically based decisions and create a therapeutic environment that supports individuals served.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field.
  • LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC, or LMHP licensure required.
  • Seven to ten years of clinical experience with individuals in need of specialized services.
  • Three to five years of clinical supervision experience and three to five years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-V.
