Responsibilities- Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
- DMS Implementation: Lead as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of DMS implementation, ensuring seamless integration and efficient financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Drive variance analysis of financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting and Communication: Facilitate timely submission of consolidated financial statements and schedules, and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to read and interpret financial reports, creating action plans to enhance financial performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues arising during the financial reporting process, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
- Excel Skills: Working knowledge of Excel is essential for this role.
- Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA are highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with external auditors.
- Year-End Audit Experience: Prior experience managing year-end audit is required.
- Auditing Documents: Familiarity with auditing documents is a must.
