At Hendrick Medical Center, we're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. With a broad range of medical conditions to encounter, you must be well-versed in various health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also participate in committee activities, surveys, and improvement initiatives while upholding the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program (Diploma or AD)
- No previous experience is required
- Registered Nurse licensure and CPR/BCLS certification
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
